It’s Impossible to live “FOR GOD”

Some of you have read the title and are like, “There Montré go…on one of his rants again” but no, seriously, hear me out.

We live in a time where people are getting really polarized in their beliefs and go to extremes to prove their undying devotion to whatever said religion they may be. And for the Abrahamic religions “God” is seen as this all powerful being.

I agree with that (to some extent), but in past rants,  I believe religion limits what we believe as God to human standards of existence.. (ie… gender, role, personality, ego, favoritism, yada, yada) These are human concepts. The idea that you must “live for God” is the subconscious belief that God is somewhere outside of yourself needing your assistance and shaking his index finger when you opt out.

You see, in my view, God is everything; the source and the being. God is nothing and everything. Everything is an aspect of the force we describe as “God” … the good and the bad. Everyone is an aspect of the creator…you, me, the Jew, the Muslim and gasp.. even Trump. So everything we do God is doing because God .. is everything (and that includes bad things)

What do you mean bad things?

It’s like Star Wars where God is the FORCE… and that can be used for good, bad, or neither (ie balance). The Force doesn’t care, it’s your purpose to decide. Most people do bad things because they either 1. justify it as good 2. Have no awareness of self 3. Have no empathy. ( I don’t want to simplify it too much… there are plethora of reasons I’m sure.. but for the sake of time let’s discuss)

  1. Justifying as good– Believing you’re doing something for God is a setup to treat others badly and get away with it. Most these people feel disconnected already with the source and will do anything…anything to prove worthiness. desperation is deadly especially with the extreme religious (ISIS, the KKK, Pat Robertson…etc). Take responsibility for your actions and know everything you say or do is powerful and can either create or destroy.
  2. No self-awareness– No self-awareness is like having no soul or being drunk and blacking out. You’re just floating through life.  Because when you don’t know who you are… you don’t know your purpose and you’re liable to misuse your own power. A person with no purpose can and will do anything. If I say “you are God” some people cringe and some people will shy away because most have been taught otherwise. That’s why they are powerless. Powerless people follow blindly. They spend their esb20s2g29w1glives asking for permission to live and die hoping for a reward like a good dog. You can’t ask the lake to not drown you if you fall in. You just have to understand water and the force that it is .. respect it and learn how to flow in it. That’s how God is. You either know how to swim or you don’t ..there’s no asking.
  3. No empathy– knowing your self is not some power play because not only are you God but so is everyone. We are God together, we are the expression of the One. Empathy is feeling that in everyone. What I do to one, I do to many. One life does affect us all. One guy who drinks and drives at 6 am and causes a wreck affects the life of not just himself, but the person he hit, the people stuck in traffic and every little ripple that happens because of that… (maybe someone got stuck in traffic, got to work late and was fired) . So…Namaste-I see the divine in you and respect that. Stare into someone’s eyes without blinking…shit stare into your own eyes in the mirror. People would treat others differently if they knew everything they do.. they do to themselves.

So in a nutshell when I hear people say, “I’m doing this for God” I just wanna scream. You can no more do for God than you can drink water “for the ocean” or get a tan “for the sun.” People’s simplified, objectified view of God is not only limiting to their spirituality but also their view of their self and empowerment to take control of their reality.  Give me your thoughts.

The Body of Jesus Found

Here’s another doozie for you. Who would think that finding a grave of Jesus could threaten the Muslim faith? Obviously, if you know anything about Islam. In the Quaran they believe in Jesus (Issa) but , like the Christians, believe that he was taken up into Heaven.

Now if you research the history of the Quaran, it was written somewhere around 632 CE…which means that I’m sure enough Christian oppression had developed so that the Muslims had some idea of Christian belief and enough time to develop some negative feelings for it. The bible was officially put together by the council of Nicaea in 325 CE thus organizing the Roman Catholic Church and putting an end to all other versions of “Christianity”. The crusades were nothing nice.  But like many people east of Palestine there is common belief that Jesus (Issa, Isha) survived the crucifixion (he was only on the cross a few hours anyways) and spent the rest of his life in India. The Muslims say he converted to Islam and ascended to be with Allah (religious talk) but the Hindus and other Indian people say he lived out his life and is buried in a tomb. The probably is …the Muslims now have control of that tomb and have hidden the body that was originally there. According to Islam, Issa is to return and strike revenge on those against Islam and tell the Christians the error of their ways and that they should be Muslim. In their version of the apocalypse he will come back to live 40 years more and then be buried as a Muslim, next to Muhammad.

My two cents: It seems to me, more and more likely (from a rational POV) that Isha (Jesus) was one of the greatest spiritual teachers and gurus of our time. His teachings (some of which are hidden in Tibet actually) speak about one thing…spiritual enlightment and oneness with the all. Now look around, who seems more spiritually enlightened the Muslims in Palestine, the Jews in Israel, The Christians in the United States, The Catholics in Europe, or the monks in Tibet up in the mountains? Hmmm… the problem is if people realized that he lived and died like a normal man ( I take normal very loosely as there is nothing normal about this) then a lot of religious structures would fall apart . Check out the video and leave me a comment on your thoughts.

The Secret Jesus

Once again I have a found a most interesting documentary online (not because of the handsome narrator) . The following video goes one step further into forbidden knowledge. My studies this week have been pretty deep. I am learning more and more about Jesus, Esha, Issa, Isha. The documentary asks a lot of questions and delves deep into knowledge most people are told not to even try to consider. I had no idea, for instance, what Islam believed about Jesus or that in India they had any record on his life (all that is in the video)  Of course in order to consider that you have to unplug from the matrix. It’s good to keep learning. I put any long videos of this nature on my blog as you know..so once again …get some popcorn and chromecast this on the big screen or something…haha.

GOP nominee E.W. Jackson is a step back into Mental Slavery

It looks like the republicans are not trying very hard to get new supporters. Their newest nominee for Lt. governor of Virginia has called for Christians to leave the democratic party because America has turned its back on Christian morals.

Is that da bitch from the old Saturday Night Live? HA! Anyone who has Victoria Jackson’s support must be worth listening to …but I digress, he opposes federal aid for natural disasters (fuck em) , and he has equated homosexuals having marriage rights to bestiality. And to make it even worse… this black “brotha”  guy has called the 3/5ths clause which considered african-americans 3/5ths human an “anti-slavery clause”... uhhh. (this guy makes my head hurt)

Granted I’m sure he’s making all this noise for Jesus… cause Jesus would be pleased.

He is a radical Christian who would like Christianity to officially dictate all law for the country whether you’re Christian or not. And while I respect a person’s right to believe in Christianity, I don’t agree that all laws should be based on Christian beliefs and the Christian holy book no more than any other religion should be. This is a big ass country and we all have to share it, and the government should benefit all citizens christian and athiest, gay or straight, black and white… someone needs to let Rev. Jackson know that.  The WHITE HOUSE is not his church.

Here’s my latest video on the subject

My 200th Youtube Video!

first video of 2013 I want to know how you guys feel about how we develop morality. Did you learn all your morality from your religion? Or is morality something more internal that we develop? Watch the video and give me your two cents… oh! So here’s there’s another video I want you guys to check out if you have the time… click the link here . It goes more into depth about morality and how we develop…the guy is pretty deep though so you have been forewarned.

Jesus Saves…then what?

This question was bugging the “bejezuz” out of me mainly because many , many , MANY of my friends are christian in their own personal identification purposes whether they are truly dedicated or not. It sounds like a good thing to be when you live in the South. I always think that if Islam was the ruling religion people would be Muslim by default as well without knowing very much about it.

There I go on a tangent again.

What I am asking today… People claim that Jesus is coming to save us from this world if we accept his “human blood sacrifice” and that he came back from the dead. Okay great. Then he’s supposed to return and take all the believers away to…

Well that’s never clear.. probably outerspace.

and create a new earth (or destroy all the people on the old earth) and drop everybody he saved back on the planet and restart everything, making himself numero uno ruler of the planet. Yaaaaaaay. HOW WONDERFUL!

Or is it?

Be that the majority of people now, are used to a democracy, voting,  and not a dictatorship how are people going to deal with have a world leader for eternity who obviously never dies. What is Jesus planning to do then that he’s not doing now? People are starving now, people are dying of diseases, people are losing jobs (christians and non-christians alike) . Some of these people pray for “Jesus help” . If Jesus could solve all the world’s problems simply by his presence, then why isn’t that EVERY Christian the most prosperous, healthy, beneficial people on the planet (other than TV preachers) ?  Why doesn’t Jesus do it now? Why the dramatic wait? How many people have to die and/or suffer for his glory? Is this a “prove your worthy” type of game?

How different is the world supposed to be with just Christians on the planet? All Christians don’t even get along. Is everyone going to be Republican? Are Mormons included? What about Jehovah Witnesses? Isn’t Jesus Jewish? People say it’s going to be a “Utopia” but I can’t imagine how a planetary utopia is going to be ruled by one  “god”-person calling all the shots. Does Jim Jones ring a bell? I imagine that people would be mindless like that, and every now and then someone with their own opinion would rise up and get taken out. Many of the freedoms and liberties that people cherish now… would be gone.

All in all, this is a very diverse world with billions of people and growing. There are so many cultures and beliefs. Dictators are falling left and right because they are not listening to the collective mind of the people. Perhaps you’re saying, that after all its said and done…no one will care. No will will be sad, no one will cry, every one will just love Jesus and praise all day…for eternity. Oh! so you accept being brainwashed and become a worship robot? Sounds…um “great”. People try to make religion a simple answer to all your problems, but my answer is that it is not. Believe whatever you want for your traditions, customs, and holidays but the world’s problems are not going to be solved by religion or waiting for a savior. The world’s problems are going to be solved by people coming together and deciding that we have all had enough.
